Ashihara karate Sabaki do
Ashihara karate is a modern japanese karate style founded by Hideyuki Ashihara in 1980. Training consists of unarmed standup fighting techiques including punches, kicks, blocks and simple takedowns. Ashihara karate aims for a simple, rational and efficient approach while being safe to its practisioners.
Ashihara karate Finland is a member of New International Karate Organization (NIKO) and Finnish Karate Federation.
Beginners Course, spring 2012
Beginners course starts January 17th at 17:00. Participants must be 14 years of age. The course lasts for 3 months and the fee is 100 €.
